At Learn & Laugh, we’ve always believed that caring for children begins with caring for the people who nurture and guide them every day — our educators. When our team feels supported, inspired, and valued, that positive energy flows directly into our classrooms, enriching the experiences of every child in our care.
As part of this ongoing commitment, we recently held our annual Directors Retreat in beautiful Bali. This is a special opportunity for our leadership team to step away from the day-to-day routines, reconnect as colleagues, and take time to have fun, relax, and recharge.
From shared meals full of laughter, relaxing hours reading by the pool followed by a massage or a shopping spree, our directors found time to simply enjoy each other’s company. These moments of meaningful connection strengthen the bonds between our leaders and help create an even more inspired team across all Learn & Laugh centres.
