Child care Centre Rosebery
At Learn & Laugh Rosebery, we’re more than just a childcare centre—we’re a warm, welcoming community where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.
As our second family-owned and operated early learning centre, we’ve proudly supported families in Rosebery and the surrounding communities since 2009. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of caring for generations of local families, with many returning to us for younger siblings. Several of our own educators have also chosen Learn & Laugh for their children, reflecting the trust and confidence our team has in the care and education we provide every day.
Purpose-built for early childhood education, our boutique childcare centre caters for just 56 children. Our smaller size allows our experienced educators to build genuine, lasting relationships with every child and family, creating a nurturing environment where every child is known, valued and encouraged to thrive.
Our Rosebery early learning centre is located on the ground floor of the Meriton complex at 330/4 Stedman Street, on the corner of Epsom Road and Rothschild Avenue.
Although conveniently positioned close to major roads, our centre is tucked away from the traffic, providing a calm, peaceful and secure environment where children can learn, play and grow.
With easy access to the M1, dedicated on-site visitor parking and additional street parking, daily drop-offs and pick-ups are simple and stress-free for busy families. Our location is ideal for families living or commuting through Rosebery, Green Square, Zetland, Mascot and Eastlakes.
Our childcare centre features three purpose-built learning environments, thoughtfully designed to support children’s development at every stage:
Each learning environment is bright, welcoming and filled with natural light, creating calm spaces where children feel confident to explore, discover and learn.
Our play-based early learning programs are tailored to each child’s individual interests, strengths and developmental needs. Through meaningful experiences, children develop confidence, creativity, curiosity, resilience and the skills they need for a successful transition to school and a lifelong love of learning.
Outdoor play is an important part of every child’s day at Learn & Laugh Rosebery.
Our outdoor learning environments have been carefully designed to support each stage of development. Babies and toddlers enjoy their own dedicated outdoor area, while our junior and preschool children have a separate space that encourages active play, imaginative exploration, creativity and social learning.
Positioned away from the street, our outdoor environments provide a peaceful and secure place for children to enjoy fresh air every day. An undercover play area also ensures children can continue to play and learn outdoors throughout the year, regardless of the weather.
Our passionate team of qualified educators is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with every child and family. We take the time to understand each child’s unique personality, interests and learning journey, ensuring they feel supported, encouraged and celebrated every day.
One of the things families value most about Learn & Laugh Rosebery is the continuity of our team. Six of our educators have been part of the Learn & Laugh family for more than 10 years, providing children with the consistency, familiarity and trusted relationships that are so important during the early years.
We believe that when children are cared for by familiar faces, they feel more secure, confident and ready to learn. Long-standing educators also develop strong partnerships with families, creating a genuine sense of community and continuity throughout each child’s early learning journey.
We believe strong partnerships with families are at the heart of quality early childhood education. By working together, we create a consistent and supportive environment where children feel confident, capable and ready to thrive.
All meals are freshly prepared on-site each day by our dedicated cook using nutritious, wholesome ingredients that support growing bodies and active minds.
To make life a little easier for busy families, we also offer a take-home dinner service on selected days. Families can purchase freshly prepared evening meals to enjoy at home, helping to simplify the after-work routine while ensuring everyone enjoys a healthy, home-style meal together.
We also believe in providing exceptional value for families, which is why we do not charge fees on public holidays.
Choosing the right childcare centre is one of the most important decisions you’ll make for your child.

Through nurturing relationships, engaging educational experiences and a genuine sense of belonging, we give every child the best possible start to their learning journey.

I’ve been part of the Rosebery team since 2014, progressing into my current role. I absolutely love working with children. It is incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, explore, and learn during the earliest and most formative years of their lives.
Having worked in many roles within the centre, I bring a deep understanding of our environment, routines, and the needs of both children and families. My philosophy is to provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging space where every child feels supported and inspired to reach their potential. I am passionate about fostering strong partnerships with families and strive to promote open communication, trust, and collaboration.
I take pride in my close-knit team. Most of us have worked here for over ten years and have developed strong professional and personal bonds. Our environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff are highly capable and experienced, providing expert care and support for the children’s learning and wellbeing.
I aim to maintain high-quality education, ensure smooth operations, and create an inviting, aesthetically pleasing environment that children and staff love to be in.
At home, I’m part of a family of four with two young daughters, and outside of work, I enjoy coffee, art and hand lettering. I love going out and spending quality time with my family.
