Learn & Laugh at Randwick is in an all-new, architecturally designed centre, constructed with a boutique homely feel in mind. We are located on Avoca Street, opposite the Randwick Boys High School and around the corner from POW Hospital. Our centre is separated into 4 specially designed rooms which have been developed to really allow children to explore, learn and be nurtured.
We acknowledge the Gadigal people who are the traditional custodians of this land and pay respect to their elders past, present and future, for they hold the Indigenous memories of culture and country for all Australian people.
Having been in Early Childhood for all of my adult life, I have had a variety of experiences shaping me into the educator I am today. I joined Learn & Laugh in 2010 as the Director at Drummoyne. When the opportunity came to head up a new centre and really consolidate my knowledge and experience, I was thrilled to move to the Director position at Lewisham. In this time I have had two beautiful daughters who have attended both centres alongside me.
What I enjoy about my work is working with our team to come up with innovative and engaging programs for children.
My mission for the centre is to set an example of high quality practice and early childhood programs for children and families.
My passion/inspiration comes from reading current research, learning about different approaches and ideas.
I look forward to working with our passionate team of educators and staff to support the development and opening of Learn and Laugh Randwick.
