Learn & Laugh Five Dock is a trusted early learning centre located on Kings Road. Positioned in Sydney’s Inner West, our centre is ideally placed for families commuting through the area or living in the nearby residential pockets of Canada Bay, Russell Lea, Rodd Point and Burwood.
Conveniently located, our centre provides a calm and secure setting where children can learn and play away from the hustle and bustle. Just moments from Parramata Road and the M4, drop-off and pick-up are quick and easy for families commuting to and from work.
Our centre has long served the local community. Part of the Learn & Laugh family since 2021.
We care for just 47 children each day, allowing us to build genuine relationships with every child and family.
A proud family-run service, Five Dock has retained its warm, community-focused feel while benefiting from recent modern upgrades.
Our outdoor learning environment has recently been thoughtfully redesigned to create an even more engaging and inspiring space for children to explore. The upgraded backyard now features a brand-new sandpit, slide, and cubby house, encouraging imaginative play, physical activity, and social interaction. While introducing these exciting new play areas, we have carefully preserved the beautiful leafy surrounds that make our centre so special. The result is a natural, inviting environment where children can connect with nature, learn through play, and enjoy outdoor experiences in a safe, stimulating setting.
The building still retains the feel of a warm welcoming home and includes 2 specially designed rooms which have been developed to allow children to explore, learn and be nurtured.

We offer four dedicated visitor parking spaces on-site, with additional on-street parking available nearby, making drop-off and pick-up safe, easy, and stress-free.
Public Transport
Our centre is just 2 Km away from Croydon train station and moments from Parramata Road and the M4.
Bus services include: 415 and 530 only 350m away on Harris Road. As well as routes 416N 500m away on Parramata Road
Accessibility:
The centre is wheelchair accessible. Quite a few families choose to walk to our centre from home.

Hi, I am Clare, the Director of Learn and Laugh Fivedock. With a heartfelt passion for early childhood education and over 15 years of experience in the childcare industry, I am eager to bring my expertise and dedication to this wonderful community.
I have been a part of the Learn and Laugh family, since 2020, serving as both a Room Leader and a Centre 2IC. My professional journey has taken me across the globe, from Ireland to Perth, W.A, and finally to Sydney. I hold a diploma in early childhood education and have had the privilege of working in various centres that follo
w the Reggio Emilia and Montessori approaches. These methodologies are close to my heart as they provide children with opportunities to develop resilience, independence, and curiosity.
On a personal note, I am a proud mother of three. I deeply understand the importance of providing a safe, welcoming environment where children can grow and learn. My goal is to make our Five Dock centre a true “home away from home” for all our little ones, where they feel cherished and inspired every day.
