Learn & Laugh Woolooware is a purpose-built childcare and early learning centre located within Bay Central Shopping Centre in Woolooware. Architecturally designed with children’s wellbeing in mind, our welcoming centre opened in April 2024 and provides a safe, engaging environment where children can learn, play and grow with confidence.

Licensed for up to 85 children each day, our centre features five spacious learning rooms designed to support every stage of early childhood, from nursery through to preschool. Our experienced educators create meaningful, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity and independence while building strong relationships with every child and family.

Five Purpose-Built Learning Rooms

Each of our five learning rooms has been thoughtfully designed to support children’s development at every age and stage.

Our educational programs follow the Early Years Learning Framework and are tailored to each child’s individual interests, strengths and developmental needs, helping children develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of learning.

One of our centre’s most unique features is our nursery, which overlooks the nearby Sharks Rugby training fields. Babies love watching the players train, providing an engaging outlook that has become a favourite talking point for families.

Outdoor Learning in Every Season

Outdoor play is an important part of every day at Learn & Laugh Woolooware.

Our purpose-designed outdoor learning environment is fully undercover, allowing children to enjoy fresh air, active play and exploration throughout the year while being protected from rain, strong sun and changing weather conditions. This means children can continue to benefit from outdoor learning experiences every day, with fewer disruptions to their routine.

The outdoor environment is thoughtfully divided into three dedicated spaces to suit different age groups. Our nursery has its own safe outdoor area for babies to explore, while toddlers enjoy a spacious play area complete with a large sandpit that encourages sensory play and imagination. Junior and senior children have access to a larger adventure space featuring a cubby house, slide and opportunities for active play, problem-solving and social interaction.

Designed to encourage movement, creativity and confidence, our outdoor spaces support children’s physical, social and emotional development while making outdoor learning a fun and meaningful part of every day.

Fresh Meals Prepared On Site

Healthy nutrition is an important part of children’s learning and wellbeing.

Our centre prepares fresh, nutritious meals on site each day, giving children a variety of balanced meals and snacks made with growing bodies in mind.

To help make family life a little easier, we also offer take-home dinners on selected days, providing parents with a convenient meal solution after a busy day.

Learn & Laugh Woolooware is located at 455 Captain Cook Drive, Woolooware NSW 2230, inside Bay Central Shopping Centre.

Our convenient location makes us an ideal choice for families living in Woolooware, Caringbah, Cronulla, Burraneer, Caringbah South and surrounding Sutherland Shire suburbs.

Families can walk or cycle via the Woolooware Bay Shared Pathway, while Bay Central offers more than 700 parking spaces, including accessible parking, EV charging stations and convenient drop-off areas. Free parking is available for up to three hours.

The centre is also easily accessible by public transport, with Woolooware Station approximately a 15-minute walk away and bus services stopping directly outside Bay Central.
