Last week (13th to 15th November) all of our Directors were in Byron Bay on the 2018 CELA Director’s retreat.
This event focuses on leadership, professionalism, and well-being for directors and leaders in the Early Education sector.
During the 3 days retreat the directors got to meet other leaders in their field and identify strengths, set intentions and strategies for growth.
Beautiful Byron Bay was the perfect location. Allowing space for professional growth while networking, as well as a well deserved chance to recharge.
