Learn & Laugh Rosebery has been open since 2009 and is located under the Meriton building complex on the corner of Rothschild Ave and Epsom Rd. There is convenient off-street parking which is a must in the busy streets of Rosebery. Our centre is purpose built with 3 oversized rooms surrounded by windows for natural light. We are located away from the busy streets and is a quiet place for children learn, play and grow.
Getting to Our Rosebery Early Learning Centre
Learn & Laugh Rosebery is easy to access for local families and commuters travelling from surrounding suburbs, like Zetland and Eastlakes.

- Most families choose to walk to our centre from home.
- Parking: We offer 7 visitor parking spaces in an underground parking space on site. With extra on-street parking available as well, that make drop-off and pick-up simple and convenient.
- Public Transport: The centre is accessible via bus routes: 392, 343,309, 412. Also, Green Square Train station is a 10-12 mins walk away.

Our little girl loves to go to daycare. The staff are just lovely and so caring for the children. They are so considerate of the parents- arranging breakfasts and dinners for the parents, arranging dental and hearing check ups -just to name a few!! They provide wonderful communication throughout the day and photos via the app and the email. We couldn’t send our 18 month old anywhere else!

My children have been in Learn and Laugh since 2.5 and 1 (overall almost 5 years). The experience has been great. Director and educators are always helpful and friendly. Both my children are so happy and my daughter who is at year two now is still coming in and hugging her educators. Not to mention amazing program and services that learn and laugh provides for children and parents (like tea and coffee in the mornings and take away dinners). I would highly recommend Learn and Laugh for every parent who wants their children to be happy away from them and learn new things. Thank you Learn and Laugh for being the best place for my kids to grow up.

Wonderful childcare centre with excellent director, staff and the cook. After 4 years with Learn and Laugh, my elder daughter had settled very well in her primary school. She changed from a super shy girl into a confident, loving and bright little student. Now my younger daughter is in her 3rd years with Learn and Laugh. She loves going to childcare everyday. Her teachers are also her best friends. We amazed with all of the stories that she tells at dinner time. We love the centre app, very useful in communicating with Antoinette and her staff. We would highly recommend the centre.

My little one has been with Learn & Laugh Rosbery for almost 3 years, started in nursery room and now in senior room. This place is like a second home for my child, all staff are amazing with extremely caring with attention! Especially a Centre Director, Antoinette always helpful, flexible, listen to our concerns with prompt actions. The centre always seek for feedback from parents and thrive with improvements. Great communication tools, easy to access and convenience for us to view our child daily programs including photos (added some smile on our days at work). It's very impressive with our child's development and glad to see the he's always keen to attend the centre meeting his friends and carers. This is a place to go for your little love ones!!!
The Director – Riti Kharel
I’ve been part of the Rosebery team since 2014, progressing into my current role. I absolutely love working with children. It is incredibly rewarding to watch them grow, explore, and learn during the earliest and most formative years of their lives.
Having worked in many roles within the centre, I bring a deep understanding of our environment, routines, and the needs of both children and families. My philosophy is to provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging space where every child feels supported and inspired to reach their potential. I am passionate about fostering strong partnerships with families and strive to promote open communication, trust, and collaboration.
I take pride in my close-knit team. Most of us have worked here for over ten years and have developed strong professional and personal bonds. Our environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff are highly capable and experienced, providing expert care and support for the children’s learning and wellbeing.
I aim to maintain high-quality education, ensure smooth operations, and create an inviting, aesthetically pleasing environment that children and staff love to be in.
At home, I’m part of a family of four with two young daughters, and outside of work, I enjoy coffee, art and hand lettering. I love going out and spending quality time with my family.
