At Learn and Laugh Children’s Centre Epping, we believe in creating a nurturing environment where children’s ownership and belonging are at the heart of everything we do. As a family-run centre serving Northern Sydney since March 2025, we provide quality early education for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Learn & Laugh at Epping is in an architecturally designed centre, constructed with a boutique homely feel in mind. We are located on Ray Road, in a quiet part of Epping. The centre caters for only 50 children, and is separated into 3 specially designed rooms which have been developed to allow children to explore, learn and be nurtured.

Our Epping centre combines the warmth of a family-operated service with professional early childhood education. With a capacity for 50 children, we maintain intimate learning environments where every child is known, valued, and supported in their unique developmental journey.

Getting to Our Epping Early Learning Centre

Located at 25 Ray Road, Epping, our purpose-built facility serves families across Northern Sydney including North Epping, Eastwood, Carlingford, Cheltenham, Beecroft, Marsfield, and West Pennant Hills.

• Quite a few families choose to walk to our centre from home.
• Parking: We offer 6 visitor parking spaces on-site/off-street to make drop-off and pick-up simple and convenient. With extra on-street parking available as well.
• Public Transport:
  7-8 minute walk from Epping Station (both Metro and T9 Northern Line)
  Multiple bus routes service the area.  The centre is accessible via bus routes: 546, 549 in front of service. As well as routes 541, 550, 630, 651  are 450m, 6 min walk away. Also 550m, 7 min walk from the train station.
• Accessibility:
  The centre is wheelchair accessible and has pram storage areas.  Quite a few families choose to walk to our centre from home.

Outdoor Play at our Epping Early Learning Centre

There are seperate outdoor areas for Nursery children with a covered veranda, sandpit and playhouse.
Facility features – Our centre has three bright, light filled rooms, 2 large outdoor areas, separate space for Nursery children, with their own undercover veranda, playhouse and sandpit.

Toddlers and Seniors, share time slots in another large outdoor area that has another sandpit as well as playhouse and slide.

Room names: Nursery 16 (0–2yo), Junior 12 (2–3yo), Senior 20 (3–5yo)

Our childrens centre maintains the National Quality Standards and offers:

• Dedicated age-appropriate learning rooms
• Secure outdoor play environments
• Nutritious meals prepared on-site by full-time cook

This was a residential house that we converted into childcare. High Ceilings, big spacious light filled rooms, with green outlook. Still retains the feel of a warm welcoming home.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care and am thrilled to join the Epping Learn and Laugh team. Since beginning my career in 2010, I have had the privilege of growing and contributing in various roles, including educator, room leader, and educational leader. These experiences have deepened my dedication to fostering children’s development and enhancing their learning environments.

My passion lies in creating rich, hands-on learning experiences that ignite curiosity and a lifelong love of learning in every child. My personal philosophy aligns closely with the values of Learn and Laugh: to provide a nurturing environment where children, families, and educators collaborate and thrive together. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, I strive to ensure that children are at the heart of everything we do.

I firmly believe in the power of connections—with families, educators, and the broader community—to give every child the best possible start in their educational journey. I am committed to working closely with you to ensure every child’s voice is heard and every contribution is valued. I look forward to collaborating with families to support children’s development in a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
