Early Learning Centre Wyoming
Early Learning centre on the Central Coast
Learn & Laugh Wyoming | More than childcare
Learn & Laugh Wyoming is a trusted early learning centre on Henry Parry Drive, directly opposite St Patrick’s Catholic School. Located just north of Gosford, our centre provides a welcoming place for children from birth to five years, with experienced educators who support children to learn, explore and develop confidence through play.
Caring for up to 55 children each day, our centre has three age-specific rooms, each with its own dedicated outdoor learning space. This smaller setting allows educators to build genuine relationships with children and families while creating learning experiences suited to each stage of early childhood.
An Early Learning Centre with Deep Local Roots
Learn & Laugh Wyoming has been part of the local community for many years and joined the Learn & Laugh family in 2013. Since then, the centre had many upgrades, while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere and the strong community connections that families know and value.
Some of our educators have had their own children attend the centre over the years. These long-standing connections are an important part of what makes Learn & Laugh Wyoming the trusted part of the community that it is.
Learning Designed for Every Age
Our three rooms provide children with environments designed around their age, interests and development.
Nursery | 0–2 years
Our Nursery provides a calm, nurturing environment for babies and young toddlers. Educators take the time to understand each child’s individual routines and needs, while encouraging early exploration, movement and learning through play.
The Nursery opens onto its own dedicated outdoor space, giving our youngest children opportunities to enjoy fresh air and outdoor experiences in an environment designed specifically for them.
Junior | 2–3 years
The Junior room supports children as they become more independent and curious about the world around them. Play-based experiences encourage communication, social development, physical skills and growing confidence.
Children can also access their own outdoor learning space, where active play, imaginative experiences and hands-on exploration become part of their everyday learning.
Senior Preschool | 3–5 years
Senior Preschool provides a supportive environment for children as they develop the independence and confidence needed for their next stage of learning.
Through play, exploration and meaningful interactions, children are encouraged to develop communication, creativity, problem-solving and social skills, while building the foundations for a positive transition to school.

Amanda Knight - Wyoming Learn and Laugh Director
Ever since a young age I knew that Early Childhood Education was my life passion and starting my career as a trainee at Learn and Laugh Wyoming in 2014 was my first step into reaching my aspirations. Across my many years at Learn and Laugh I have progressed my career and completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and have had the opportunity for multiple leadership roles and consistently strived to further my knowledge and practices with children’s development as my forefront. I am now taking my next step into the role of Director of Learn and Laugh Wyoming.
I have a strong passion for providing quality care and education to children of all ages and supporting children and families through the starting foundation of their education journey. I feel honoured to have the opportunity to collaborate with children and their families as we create positive perspectives and memories of how joyous learning and discovery can be. As a mother of 1, I understand that having trust and strong partnerships with your child’s educators and the care setting is paramount in creating the initial base for the amazing opportunities that lay ahead of your children. I look forward to providing a warm, safe environment to begin their journey.
